Mentorship - Private Pilot Leadership Initiative

Not a student anymore? Are you a private pilot or professional part 121 airline pilot? Whatever your experience you have something to offer to other women entering the game. In that respect, as a less experienced pilot it's also beneficial to have the mentorship of senior pilots to bounce feedback off and help you on your path to being a professional pilot. What I gained most is that even from different backgrounds and fields (corporate, military, helicopter or fixed wing), we have all gone through very similar experiences. It is immensely powerful to know you are not alone in this vastly male dominated arena.
